Gluten Free Pizza Dough Recipe

3 cups all purpose gluten free flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill 1:1)

Pink of sea salt

1 egg white lightly beaten

1 tbsp active dry yeast

1 1/2 cups warm water

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast. Gently stir. Allow to activated (about 10 min).

Combine flour and salt in large mixing bowl, or stand mixer. Slowly add all other ingredients while mixing.

Pour dough onto flour surface and add flour as needed until shape-able.  Roll dough into a large ball and transfer to prepared baking sheep or pizza stone. Shape into pizza-shape using hands, or floured rolling pin.

Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Remove and add desired toppings. Bake for an additional 20 minute or until fully cooked, and golden brown.
